The support team is amazing, fast and efficient when attending to any issues or enquiries. UMAI as a whole, is easy to use with the drag-and-drop feature, our Hostess is able to manage reservations. The Marketing feature for now is great to use, and helps with our newsletter.

I appreciate UMAI's reservation system and loyalty program because they help build relationships with customers by offering exclusive deals and streamline our operations by auto-assigning tables and preventing overbooking. The seamless UI is a big plus, as it's easy for our floor operation staff to navigate and understand. It doesn't complicate the operation flow and manages table assignments simply, allowing staff to focus on service.
